By accessing and using BlackLambFinance.com (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

Black Lamb Finance connects small business owners with revenue-based financing options. We are not a direct lender. We act as a broker, connecting business owners with funding partners who provide financing based on business revenue performance.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to business owners whose businesses generate at least $10,000 per month in revenue and have been in operation for at least 12 months. We do not provide startup funding or personal loans.
3. No Guarantee of Funding
Completion of our pre-qualification questionnaire does not guarantee approval or funding. Funding decisions are made by our lending partners based on their own underwriting criteria.
4. Information Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting any form or application through the Site. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including articles, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Black Lamb Finance and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Black Lamb Finance is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site or from any funding decisions made by our lending partners. All financing decisions are made independently by those partners.
